SetCPU Settings

Anyone currently using it, what setting have you found useful and what scaling are you using? I do not know much about how to properly set the cpu and I want to make sure I don't fry the phone and just overall want to make sure I'm using all parts of the app correctly.

There's a nice free alternative to SetCPU called No-Frills CPU Control. The only settings it has are CPU speed and governor - very hard to mess up It has worked well for me so far. I never had any desire to tweak all those other settings either.
