Setting a default keyboard

Hi, I'm using a Ticwatch pro 3 ultra, and Gboard doesn't support my language (my version is 2.0.0 and it wont let me update beyond that)
I've found a 3rd party keyboard app in the play store that supports the language i need, i downloaded it, enabled it, but still when i'm trying to type anything, it automatically opens up gboard, so the other keyboard is useless..

how do i fix that?

https://www.androidpolice.com/mobvo...Fossil took its own,the third quarter of 2023.What is the 3rd party keyboard app? What version of Wear does it support? Ticwatch Pro 3 Ultra will get Wear 3 eventually, but it's not been released yet.
