setting default text and email apps

dumb question ... how do you set handcent for default texting (esp for when sending pictures from the gallery) and yahoo mail for default email (also, mostly for when sending pictures from the gallery)?

nevermind, sorry. as always, i figured it out right after i posted ...

When you first start using handcent you will get a popup screen everytime you send a message asking if you would like to make it the default.

For emails...go into the email account you want to make default....Menu>More>Settings>Account Settings>General Settings.. and check off Use as default.

settings > applications> manage applications,,,,,select the current default application, then in that screen select clear defaul..

then next time you click on the text icon it will ask you which application to use..at the bottom there will be a check to set as default box, check that and click the application you want to use
