Share your Note 9 home screen!

I had the normal theme for a few days, yesterday I installed a Samsung theme.
I bought Nova last year and used it with my Note 8 for a few months, I will use it with my Note 9 eventually, but for now, I really like this theme.

Some days it's more of a struggle than others.

With the iPhone X I had gotten used to no home key -- and that's what is giving me the most trouble. Getting to the home key -- not getting Samsung pay by mistake -- getting out of the phone app and back to the rest of the phone. Seems trivial and probably very simple to the rest of you -- but I have wanted to throw the phone a couple of times since last Wednesday. Then I remember how expensive it is and reconsider.

I've been a Note gal since Note 1 but at 7 after the second recall I threw up my hands. I've liked being with Apple -- it's simple and if you get stuck somewhere there is always an Apple expert nearby (usually 20 year olds who work for me).

It's funny how quickly you unlearn things -- it's like learning the Android system from scratch. But for the most part I'm enjoying it :)

And I like androidcentral far more than imore -- so that's a plus.

Basic for now till I find me a good Launcher

So I have a question and try not to laugh but what's the point of using a launcher?

Why would we laugh? It's a legitimate question!

Launchers offer the ability to customize the user experience beyond what's possible in the stock launcher. Nova, for example, offers the ability to customize just about everything - the size of icons, the size of the grid containing those icons on the homescreen and in the app drawer, the font size and style of the labels below the icons (or whether they contain text labels at all), whether to allow placing icons anywhere on the screen or locking them to a grid, the ability to re-size widgets that aren't re-sizeable on the stock launcher... I could go on and on, really.

I like to keep it clean

I love being able to make the icons bigger and customize them as needed.
