Sent from my SCH-I510 using Android Central Forums
Finally got the the email that it shipped. Delivery on 5-22.

As a user of the LG Cosmos 2 I can't wait for mine to be shipped/delivered. I purchased it through Wirefly, though, so I'm under the impression that there may be a delay between when someone who preordered through Verizon receives their device and when I will.

Been running a Galaxy Nexus on CM 10.1 (Android 4.2.2). Phone is unbelievably slow. Looking forward to a usable experience (nothing against CM!)

I am thinking of putting CM on my S3 but I can't find anyone who has it on the S3 to ask questions. I have it on my i815 7.7 tab and really like it on that and would like to find someone who has it on their S3. Is cm causing your phone to be slow or maybe cm needs better hardware than what the NEXUS is equipped. Just asking cause if cm caused it to be slow it may cause my S3 to be slow. I know my i815 is sure not slow with it and I like it much better than ICS. Never much cared for ICS.

Do you think it would be worth calling my local Verizon store and see when they get their shipment, with the possibility of buying it in-store before thursday? i did not pre order it, i was just going to get it thursday after work. But I would love to get it before then!

I run CM 10.1 on my wife's S3 and it's great. The problem is the Nexus hardware. It's generally accepted that the Galaxy Nexus hardware was fading by the time the phone was actually released for sale. Nonetheless, it was the first phone that had 4G, dual core, and Android 4.0. It served it's purpose.
