Shipping notification....Who's first?

LOL, placed my pre-order exactly one week and 2 minutes ago...still no shipping notification. :P

I wish I had more work to do today so I don't sit and constantly sit and hit refresh on my email and my order status page.

On the strange side, Firefox just popped up a message that said "You have hit the refresh page button 2,463 time in the last seven days -- please give it a rest". Didn't know FireFox kept count ;)
 
I just put in the different order number on the order status page. The product ID is the same, but the description says "HTC X325C BAR PHONE" and there's no status message.

I'm starting to wonder if the order number everyone received when they "pre-ordered", is just that, a pre-order number. The number which is slightly different when accessing the order from within the account is the actual order number.
 
For some reason it's down now. Go to Sprint.com, log into your account as you normally would. Click the drop down arrow to the right of your user name and account number, go to "see bill history", then go to "see my order history". I've notice my order number is slightly different.

Lmao you're right... this is why I'm like blah what ever at this point... just let me get my phone in a timely fashion and let me start having no life for a few days again:D

I entured that order number into the Sprint | Check Your Order Status page and there is no status on this page... wow *shrugs*
 
Now that I think about it more, I received the same backorder status from best buy. I ordered the Dell Streak 7 tablet the day after thanksgiving. Every order status was the same auto generated message, until about 5 or so days after the order. Then it changed to backorder. Many in the forums cancelled their orders, but I didn't and 3 days later the tracking number was emailed to me. Don't sweat it. It's probably normal for the system to think backorder while processing all of the orders.

At least I have something to look forward to on Wednesday even if it's not my new phone. Just got an email from UPS saying my Newegg shipment is scheduled for a Wednesday morning delivery. I had ordered a g.skill 32GB Class 10 microSDHC card for the EVOLTE.

Funny that you mention this ... today i received my class 10 32gb sdhc cad from a seller on ebay... 36 bucks.. great deal

Now that I think of it, every single one of my Sprint orders have started with "DMxx". I'm sticking with the method of checking the order from withing the account, via "see my order history". :)

Yeah I'm looking through my order history... htc mogol.... blackberry tour. they both started with dmxx... totally missed this with the evolte... :-[ lol
 
What Sprint.com is saying to me in "Track your status" :(

I think they are getting ready to ship cause when I pre order I had a -224 bal. on my account and now it's gown so I think mine is on it's way!!!:cool:
 
I got a UPS shipping email around 8:30 pm EST, saying a package shipped from Wyoming, MI and will arrive on 5/17. Only thing it could be is the phone since I haven't ordered anything else and that is one day before the official launch. No update on sprint and nothing say it is the phone, but couldn't be anything else.
