Hey guys I don't mean to be mean. But my brother is a district manager here in Colorado for sprint. He says most stores have received there inventory. He also said cooperate stores get first priority and online orders are second. Secondly if your waiting for a tracking... keep waiting. He says there almost 30000 orders for this phone alone. Not including 3rd party vendors.... Last but not least he says you should be getting your orders the day before release if not the day of.... Thanks guys.....

Clearly this whole situation is in flux, so I would view anything short of the hard evidence (ie: phone in hand), with a healthy dose of skepticism.

I believe that I was asking for the source for the official HTC statement, not all of the articles that are being posted. It's odd to me that I can't find that statement anywhere else...

Okay, I saw the statement on The Verge (from HTC), so now just waiting on Sprint.
