Shortcut to Recent Apps

I don't know what it's called, but on the pull down menu from the watch face when I swipe down from 12 o'clock. I see it's not listed so does that mean there's not a way to add a shortcut to Recent Apps?

I just discovered how to Close All Apps by going to Apps then Recent Apps then Close All. Is there a shorter way to get to the Close All part?

I have been receiving notification from my watch that I should close the Stopwatch app because it could drain my battery. Silly me I thought just by hitting Stop and exiting the Stopwatch closes it. Now I have to manually go into Recent Apps and hit Close? Bad design. Once I stop timing and exit, the app should close I think.

Settings--> Advanced--> Double Press Home Key--> Recent Apps

Thanks supersoulfly! It's not as fast as a down swipe, but that'll work too! Now I just have to remember to actually do it and close apps to save battery.
