Should I cancel my order for note 7? Suggestions needed.

Alright so I came across multiple websites today which states that Samsung has delayed their shipment for quality testing. Galaxy Note 7 shipments delayed as Samsung conducts additional quality tests | Android Central
I live in the middle east, Saudi Arabia to be exact. I pre-ordered my note 7 on 13th August and haven't received my phone still. Today they told me their shipment haven't arrived yet. So I'm a bit confused here, should I cancel my order and wait for quality tests and when they roll out their 2nd shipment (which is suppose to be bug free) I order it again or should I keep this order. How will I know that the device they're giving me is from the 2nd shipment?

Well I would keep your current order cause if there is a hold on shipments you won't get a defective one anyways...and this way you can keep your place in line to get your phone faster when the probelm is solved
