Should i try to get the rezound?

Hi guys. I saw in a thread a guy complained about his tb and they let him get an early upgrade. (upgrade early) so.. my upgrade is december 31st... ironic right.. lol.. ummm my tbolt is going crazy... turns off wifi, signal just got crappy as hell, and frankly its slow and becoming a dread. Just a question: if i call verizon and complain do you think they'll let me get my upgrade a month early? would be nice to have the rezound by next week..

They normally allow you to upgrade a week early that being said it wouldn't hurt to ask.

If you are willing to go through telesales then sometimes even earlier.

but what do i do? go to the technical support sec, upgrade sec ...like which catagory do i press...?

Tech support is your best bet. I have always had good luck with them.
