I've had TEP since 2004, but only used it less than 3 times, so the last couple of years, I decided to take it off. It's not worth it in real world usage. Just use common sense and you shouldn't have any problem with damaged phones. Unless you're naturally clumsy![]()
Not trying to be rude, but 5 years at $11 a month and a $150 deductible and it may not even cover water damage. Tell me how its worth it again.

I've had water damage covered before with TEP several times in the past year.

Still waiting on Asurion to get one in stock. The indicator on the phone is still white but the batter is pink. Is there any other indicators on the inside? It still looks like new except the screen rotation and none of the motion stuff works. Tried to calibrate it and the green bubble just sits there. Tempted to go to a different Sprint store and tell them the motion isn't working and see what they do.
But do they carry the 32gb blue in stores for an exchange?
