Silicone Sleeves for The Beans

After I had a ray of success on the phone i received an email from them and from that point on I used that to communicate, it seemed to be the most reliable way of contacting them.
Receiving an email from them would be a positive next step. But I haven't gotten that far yet. I never did with the headphones either, until one day I received a shipping update from the carrier.
 
IT IS A MIRACLE...I just had ONE pair of Skin Caps delivered, correct Bronze colour and all :-)
 
About a month I think

But in the meantime they sent you free goodies to play with while you wait^^
They did the same with me, sent me some black sleeves while I waited for the copper ones, very decent of them I say;)
 
When I contacted Samsung I had no luck at all. Oh well

Call and talk to a different rep. I told them they kept falling out of my ears and they said they would send me silicone covers to help them fit better. Don't give up!

The sales reps might not be aware of it, and I don't think they have the ability to send them out, but the tech support reps definitely do. It's in their inventory. I got them a week after requesting them from tech support.
