Uninstall any previous version you have installed before trying to install this version.

EDIT: Updated to newest version. Fixes a little lag issue. Should also fix ability to use the rear camera.

Edit 2: Disregard below. I installed (after seeing this blow up on other forums too - I can confirm it works find on my 3vo. You will probably want to uninstall any other versions first. Video calling works great! Thanks man!

Sorry- not to be an ungrateful jerk, but do you have a link to where this came from? Like an XDA thread? Not that I don't trust /you/ just best to be careful

I downloaded it and it is fine, but when it goes to the install.. it always give the error "not installed"

I was getting same error. I had to uninstall previous version. I used the link on phandroid.

I used the phandroid link as well before seeing this. Works fine. Called an iPhone 4 a few minutes ago. Pretty smooth, not flawless, locks in landscape but works!

Update: installed with no issues. However I can't test it because my wife is playing with more Android features...I married a geek.

I don't have my Evo 3D yet, but when I get it how do I go about downloading the app and installing it? I've never used an android device before so being specific will be a huge help.

Thanks so much i was getting anoyed with having Skype with no video in.... They should step up and make it official for our evos
