Slow first boot after factory reset on Android Marshmallow

At first hello at all. I updated my Moto G 2014 to Marshmallow and doing a factory reset. After that the first boot took very long. Around 20 minutes. Is it normal? On my other phones (no Marshmallow) the first boot after a reset didn't take too long. Many thanks for your answers.

Welcome to Android Central! Was most of that 20 minutes taken up by optimizing apps?

the info "optimizing apps" wasn't shown. Only the boot animation.

The duration of the reboot might depend on the size or complexity of the update, but I'm not completely sure about that.
