Wondering if anyone has experienced issues with Smart Lock. I am getting 50% success at home and work (GPS on).

I haven't tried the smart lock by location. The only way I have tried it is with my LG tones. I'll be in the process of setting it up with my moto 360 to see how that works as well. As for it working with my Tones. IF they are on and in range no lock if i go out of range it locks and if i turn them off it locks. I haven't tried the GPS because sometimes gps doesn't give an exact lock on your location which led me to believe it would be a little wonky when trying to use it with smart lock.

I agree with the OP... Mine is hit or miss. Works well with my Moto 360, but when it is not connected I get about a 50% work rate.

Mine was working fine until this week. Now I wouldn't even call it 50/50.

Ambient screen took a nose dive yesterday too.

Works perfectly for Bluetooth. Never got it to work for GPS. My wonder is that maybe that's because I set it up at home and haven't left home since I picked up the phone.

Couple of apps for $1 that let you use specific WiFi networks - well worth it

Llama will enable WiFi triggered lock on/off and its free...

I have 85%+ success with smart lock by location. It just seems to force a PIN after about 5 hours of inactivity. Thinking the GPS wanders when inactive.

Thanks for the information. I looked it up on the Play Store and noticed that one of the reviews (by someone named Charles Bryan), entitled "Don't know what you've got until it's gone," stated that it wasn't working since Lollipop. I'll keep an eye on it, though, to see if it gets corrected to work with Android 5.0

Hmmm...seems to be working fine on my stock Nexus 7 (2013). I had been using smart lock locations and it wasn't working consistently so I re-enabled the Llama WiFi events and it seems to work OK.

On second look, I think the lollipop dialogue about how you want notifications to appear are tripping up Llama a bit.

I'm hoping the developer will figure this out and get it to work with Lollipop. It looks like a useful app which I would like to use. Keep us posted on what you think.
