SMS Texts Received via E-Mail Notification

I've an S4 on Verizon and work for a medical helicopter service that alerts us of flights via sms texts sent via e-mail.

How can I set a distinct ring tone for the sms sent via e-mail? I'd like something distinct that I won't miss.

I've tried GoSMS Pro but that only appears to work if the sms comes via a telephone number.

Any suggestions?

My phone has been rooted so I can make just about any changes someone suggests. I just need some help.

If the test comes from a specific email address you should save that as a contact then assign it the sms tone you want through your contact app.
