So our Note 10 will be old come March! Greggels, first half Spen phone. $$

Up until July, I was using a Note 5. I plan on holding on to my Note 10+ for awhile. :)

Even if they launch the fold at the same time it's not a competitive model.

agreed! But it would be something. I just used the Fold as and example.
That's a big time to sell phones around Black Friday and Christmas.
No seriously, Samsung really has to be working on a serious back up plan for the 3rd and 4th
Quarters.
Prepare for a new phone.

Why do case manufactures make so many different cases for the new iPhones and very few for the Galaxy phones?

Guess the iPhone outsells the Galaxy phones a thousand to one?

That's why. It's purely sales driven like anything else. Can't really blame them.

Everytime i see something like this i laugh, besides that lots of people has gone over to theses new Samsung Galaxy phones, but yeah there is still lots using iPhone, but don't care i could never use and iPhone all look the same, very boring phone, but don't forget Samsung makes money off iPhone since some of the hardware is from Samsung.

Doesn't bother me. It seems like they've been moving in this direction a couple years now.

I've been upgrading every Aug/Sept for 6 or so years. If this hybrid starts in March 2020, my upgrade cycle will change starting March 2021. I don't care what it's called; I just need the stylus with the extra functionality.
This ^^^^

They could just merge them together in name only. Galaxy One-takes the place of e series/smallest, One+-takes the place of S&S+ mid-size, and One Pro-new name for the Note series largest. Only put the SPen in the Pro. Launch all three at one time preferably in the late summer/early fall to capitalize on holiday sales. (Not to compete with Apple necessarily). As to when they should merge, Samsung would anger recent upgraders no matter what. Then launch the Fold in the spring. Done and done.
