So, why can't one ChromeCast from Google Chrome on Android Tab. 10.1

[AC Question]

I have an Android Tablet with 4.4.2 thereon, but have never been able to cast whilst in Google Chrome. Seems very strange that Chromecast will cast many things, Youtube etc. but not an app by same company................... Or am I doing something wrong.

Welcome to Android Central! What's the exact tablet brand and model? Are you trying to find the Cast Screen function, which mirrors the screen? This is not available on all devices. See this article: https://support.google.com/chromecast/answer/6059461?hl=en
