Software that reads your texts out when moving

I find that the Motorola software that can tell when you're driving and read out incoming texts to you is quite useful WHEN YOU ARE DRIVING but when I'm on the bus to work it's VERY annoying!!

I can't find the app or setting that controls this on the Moto X Play - can anyone please give me a clue as to where it is so I can turn it on and off or adjust it.
