Software update soon?

I live in Missouri and just checked for updates on my HOX and keep getting a messages saying "Current software is up to date" "You may check again in 1 hour 42 mins". I switched from Verizon HTC Rezound to the ATT HOX and never seen this on my old Rez before. I'm just wondering if anybody else getting this too? Last time I checked before today was two weeks ago. Thanks in advance.

Yes that's normal on AT&T. You can only check for updates once every 24 hours, it's probably to keep from overloading the servers.

Hi, I just got the update!! I think it is updated to Android 4.0.4!! It took about10 minutes for the update.
