Someone please help android phone wont load

I have a sprint htc one that i attempted to root/unlock and load rom, the phone is messed up, my only recovery is on my computer and I can't get it to load at all please chat my profile is here on google plus

Welcome! Can your computer see the device? If it can, you should be able to push the recovery file from your computer to the device through some quick adb commands as long as you were able to successfully gain root access.
