Sound not coming through earphones

All of a sudden my music won't play through head phones only through the phone I have just had to have my s7 fixed because if microphone issus

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried multiple different headphones? When the headphones are plugged in, the music still plays through the phone's main speaker?
