Speaker issues after kitkat 4.4.4 update on my Xperia Z1

Hello team

Can some help me to resolve speaker issues on my Xperia Z1 smartphone? The problem started yesterday when I successfully updated to kitkat 4.4.4.
I can not hear calls, listen to music, hear sound for videos, notification or even dial pad tones.

It is until I connect headset when I can hear anything. So embarassing.

Just can't believe. The speaker can now produce sound. This is so amazing.

No I was wrong to believe that miracle.

The speakers can not produce sound any more. The problem has just started.
Sony phone company you better work on these bugs. Can not convince any one to buy your products now.
