There's no way we get them before the 5th. I remember last year when I was with Verizon and FedEx to as just holding the packages until the release date. It sucked!

Anytime before 9/15 is early. I ordered my Note 7 thru Sprint @ 12:01am on the first day of pre-order. Sprint delivered Note 7 one day before release to stores. Early is early. I'd love to see people get them next week so we can all get more real world info on the device...we'll just have to wait and see. Enjoy your 3-day weekend.

Sprint informed me that they were only doing the 18 mo LEASE. Actually, that's all that was available on their site as well. After the 18 month period you still will owe over $400. You can then buy your phone by paying the balance in full, or make 6 monthly payments of about $70 each. That's why I just bought mine through Best buy. They'll do the 24 monthly payments, without interest, and the phone ends up costing about $160 less than if purchased through Sprint.

Not sure what your situation with Sprint is (everyone can be different) but it is no way near $400 for me after the 18 month period. It is $240 for me and that is reasonable for what will be a less than 2 yr old phone. I decided it was worth it and just makes early upgrading a lot easier dealing directly with Sprint. Plus I will be getting my phone very very soon. Tracking only has it a couple cities away for me.

Mine was shipped Thursday and is only a couple cities over according to tracking. Tracking says the 5th for delivery but I'm gonna be getting it a day earlier than that. It is very Very close to me. No way is it sitting till Tuesday. This baby is arriving Monday for sure! Possibly even today (Sat) but according to UPS the shipper pays extra for Saturday delivery and I am betting Sprint won't pay the extra. If not today, then Monday for sure. It is just too close to me for it to sit even till Tuesday.

I am in the Galaxy forever program. I am trading in my S8+ for the Note 8 which I got on release day. It hasn't even been 6 months. I had to pay about $280 to upgrade early. Basically you half to have paid half of the phone price in order to upgrade, i.e. 12 of your 24 month payments. When you go on their website, log onto your account, then go to the shop section, check you want to upgrade current device, it will automatically tell you there if you have a balance on your lease to pay off before an upgrade or if you are eligible now.
You still have to return the phone correct once you revive the new device?

I don't think they deliver on labor day. Maybe you'll get it today. Samsung wants the phones in our hands before that apple keynote. Lol.

$960-540=420.00 pay-off after lease. I went with BB for the installment plan. with any lease, at the end of the lease you give it back or pay the balance.

Well this tells me a lot, at least they are here in Louisville and they are releasing them. Now I don't know why they're just shipping a few and it seems that you're the only one getting a notice that it's coming today or only one we've seen so if this is legit I wish you all the luck and I hope you will let everybody know when you get yours!
