Hmmm I wonder if your training will be the same or different.
I will post about it tomorrow. I just want the damn phone now!

All models have the same processor. Sprint's cleared the FCC with the Snapdragon 600.
FCC approves Sprint's HTC One, coming to US very soon - Gadgetian

Those of us who care about processor specs will NOT be happy. They're using last year's model.
I think I know whats up. The Snapdragon 600 has been misprinted on several sites as the Snapdragon 600 S4 or Snapdragon S4 600. I have had several of those site correct that mistake. The Snapdragon 600 series has the ability to do all 2G/3G/LTE spectrum's so I doubt that it is a different CPU.
If you want me to check you could snap a pic and PM it to me. I will not post it anywhere I just want to see if the person who typed it messed up thinking S4 at 600Mhz LOL
I'm claiming that it won't use a Snapdragon because of an internal training slide that I saw with my own 2 eyes.
There are LTE phones that use a Tegra3, you know...
"1.7 GHz Quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3" is one helluva typo lol
The Sprint HTC One X+ had that CPU so the person who put the training material together probably used the old One X+ guide and "revamped" it for The One. The Tegra 3 will not be in the OneX as HTC has already said only one CPU is available world wide.
They certainly do need to know, and therefor confirm, the chipset if that is where the wireless transmitters are located. And on the Snapdragon 600 they are. That is where you will find the BT and WiFi radios as well as the requisite CDMA cell modem. That's why the call it System on Chip. The 800 has the LTE as well, but that's not what we're getting on the One. We're getting the bump from the DNA's S4 Pro. The Wifi will support 802.11ac, there's a 200kHz increase in clock speed, and I'm not positive but I believe the memory is a little faster. Sprint gets HTC devices with Qualcomm processors. Period. And that isn't a bad thing. Why wouldn't you want to get your SoC from the folks who designed and own the technology that your network lives on? Long live the Viterbi decoder!!!Wait... what?
I said nothing about frequencies. What I said was that an FCC filing does not confirm anything about what processor is used in a device.

It's not a typo if you're talking about the One X or the One X+. But those were GSM devices. The Tegra 3 doesn't support CDMA. And to support LTE it has to have an external (to the chip) LTE modem. There would be no reason to go that route instead of the Snapdragon 600. And say what you want to but the fact is that the Snapdragon GPU beats the crap out of the Tegra 3. Plus I'd rather have the 2MB of L2 cache than the 1MB you get with the T3 or the T4."1.7 GHz Quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3" is one helluva typo lol
I've heard anywhere from Wednesday to Friday. Just rumors though.A rep at the Local Best Buy mobile told me today that an official release date and price will be announced this coming Thursday...Can anyone here confirm this

Nobody thought you were crazy. Actually, that's a lie. We did. But kudos on the pic to put us in our places.
