Looks like the $200 trade in option is a scam.. None of the phones I tried LG. G3 , Moto x. Even my LG G5 did not qualify..I was going to trade in a moto G 4th generation but no go ..I want to get this phone but $33 monthly is steep..

I traded an old G2 I had laying around in and it got me the $200 credit toward bill within my next 2 bills or something like that. I also was able to leave the store today with a V20 in hand thanks to an uninformed sprint employee. What a great device!

Definitely not a scam. Old G2 easily did the trick. It only had to be worth ten bucks.

I can't see an iPhone 4s and g2 being worth 10 and a note 4 is only worth 9. I would definitely try taking it to a corporate store and see if they can help.
