Sprint Mobile Data problems

Yeah I read an article just now on CNET about data problems and it said check your sim card. But I think it's a Sprint problem since several others having same problem. Hopefully they'll be an update soon. Not sure how it works for unlocked but I haven't had an update since I got my phone. Security says Feb.
I got mine is sprint branded and I have the March security update.
 
Sprint service issues

Is there a better option than sending my phone to samsung repair, i just want another s10+ so i can move on. I have been gettig no service with y phone while my s9+ can be right next to it and have perfect signal.

Today I kept trying to make a phone call and it wouldn't even make the call and ring it just kept disconnecting and hanging up. then I rebooted the phone and it worked in a little while later same thing happened but I want to make another phone call. My husband said it happens to him too I dial the number and hit call and you just hear it disconnecting and nothing happens.

And then I sent my friend a picture earlier and 5 minutes later it was still sending. And my signals not the best in my house but it worked better on my 9 plus.
 
My local sprint store kept putting blame on their "network" instead of acknowledging that the issue is from the the phone itself and advised me to change the sim card. Which did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to resolve it. I really hope Tuesday's update will fix it.

My husband took his sim card out yesterday and tried to wipe it around and re-put it back in just to see if it made a difference. It didn't and last night after dinner we went to a bar we frequently go to and neither one of us had any signal at all the whole time we were there and they didn't have guest wifi anymore. It was so bad we couldn't even get an Uber and finally my husband went outside turned on and off airplane and walked around and got a little signal to call Uber. It was so frustrating.

This Tuesday update better be for real and fix our problems or I don't know what we're going to do. Can't send pictures when anything says MMS it just spins and spins and takes forever to send.
 
Same issues here. Sprint in Los Angeles. Have been trudging through the threads for some weeks now....hoping for a fix. Completely screwy though. For instance, now....sitting at home, going from zero bars and an "x" for signal....to 4 bars LTE, intermittently. Or 2 bars roaming... West Los Angeles....not like it's an unpopulated area. Hoping a fix tomorrow tunes it up a bit. I'm optimistic they'll figure it out.
 
Fingers crossed that this really fixes the issue when its released @ 10 am tomorrow morning.

I hope it fixes me and my husband. I tried calling Best Buy earlier got no answer to see if others were complaining on Sprint. I want to know if anybody else had to return their phones and swapped out. My husband's phone came directly from Samsung. but we have unlocked will we still get the update at the same time? Sprint told me to bring them into the store but we were waiting for the update.
 
Had to send my phone back to Samsung to be repaired. This better work. It has shipped back to me and will be here on Wednesday. I will report back if the fix worked.
 
No mobile data, same as everyone else. I got a new device 2 weeks ago, and it worked great for a few days, then slowly went back to not working.
 
Well my signal at home isn't the best but I sent a picture to my friend that is my problem MMS and it had been spinning and spinning and never sending. It would take forever but today it sent quicker after the update. I'll really notice when I get to work on break if they send better at my break table cause was having problems there too. Text are fine but with a pic attached bad.

But I sent another picture a bit ago and it took a little longer to send as the 1st test one but it did send. So then I ran the device maintenance and rebooted phone. I sent my dad a text and attached a pic and boom it sent right away so I am hoping I am fixed.

Anxious to hear from others if they think their fixed or not. I'm gonna give it till I get home from work tonight. My husband just left for work I hope his is better his was worse than mine.

Update. Got my phone back from Samsung yesterday and so far whatever they did to it is working. Fingers crossed.
