Sprint Note 7 shipping status

I'm on the phone now waiting to speak with supervisor to ensure my blue coral note 7 gets shipped out today as promised and while waiting for the supervisor I was told by the representative that upon checking the inventory sprint did receive the blue coral note 7 devices at the warehouse today so they do have them just waiting for ups to pick them up at which point they will ship but I'm still waiting to speak with supervisor just for some extra reassurance as I still haven't received tracking number or order status update
 
I chatted with an online rep and asked about shipping. When I pre-ordered my N7, I didnt know expedited shipping was free so I cheaped and got standard. The rep said it didn't matter what shipping was used since they all shipped on the same day. I hope mine doesn't come till next tuesday or something...

I have the blue coral too and still havent received anything..
 
I also ordered the blue. The stores are not getting in blue. Target and Sams club aren't carrying the blue version. I wonder why Samsung made rare but yet choose to highlight it on their site.
 
same here..nothing..and i also ordered the blue . i ordered mine on the 8th . the chat keeps telling me it will be sent out today but i have nothing. no email or tracking number
 
Yea well I just hung up on the supervisor because the rep tells me she checked the inventory for blue coral note 7 they were in stock at the warehouse and then the supervisor gets on the line and tells me that sprint still hasn't received the phones from Samsung n so I told him listen if I'm gonna get lied to then what's the point so I decided to hang up and be positive that my phone will be delivered by Friday the 19th and let it be at that because apparently nothing we do or say is gonna make any difference the phones will be shipped when their shipped and will be delivered hopefully no later than the 19th so I won't stress myself out over it because it is what it is
 
No updates on my order status page yet. Just called customer service and the guy is telling me that my phone is on back order. Then he says he has a tracking number, and begins to read to me my order number. How does Sprint decide to hire these people? I'm currently waiting for a callback from a supervisor. I ordered black at 9am, August 3rd.

crhoades87 hey just hang up as I did because nothing we do or say on the phone is gonna make a difference as the reps n supervisors obviously have no idea exactly what to tell us and were just stressing ourselves out over it when the truth is sprint will ship our phones when they ship and they'll be delivered when their delivered hopefully no later than the 19th 😃
