I got mine but you cannot register and order the promo deal. Samsung's site is completely fubar. Neither Sprint nor Samsung CS seem able to do anything about it. What a mess.

I was in the same situation as you. Changed my delivery date to today but it came in around 3 pm. Finally, finish setting it up.

Try downloading the Shop Samsung app and registering thru that. People seem to be having more success with that than doing it online. But you will need patience. I registered at 7r this morning and it was pending revie until I got the approved email with a link to pay about half an hour ago.

Have you tried calling sprint and having them so the swap for you? That's what I did and it was quick and painless. You just need to use a different phone to call.

when you guys paid Sprint for shipping when pre-ordered, did they apply it to your account? I was charged $11.16 for next day shipping, but they have yet to take the money off my account, the $11.16 was applied to my account........
