I don't really think Sprint has dropped anything. Verizon's G2 still hasn't gotten Kit Kat, and they are supposedly the number one carrier that everyone drools over. The Verizon G2 has been out for a lot longer then ours. Sprint was the last carrier to release this phone so if we get the update before Verizon I'd say Sprint slam dunked the ball and gave the virtual finger to Verizon.

Also, for all we know it could have been released today, it took 2 weeks from the release date for me to get the Sprint spark update and it was a small simple update. So whether or not YOU get it on your phone on Monday doesn't mean they didn't release it by the end of first quarter.

I'm tapping. My wife is point. I'm crying. My wife is laughing.
I'm on Jellybean. She's on KitKat. I'm on a device that cost $499 and is paid for. She's on a device with the same specs as mine, that cost $699 and not fully paid for. (Same specs on both)

I'm laughing now, because she is now paying her T-Mobile bill herself.

Financial Care is for when you have billing issues with your account. I call them because they notetate everything on your account. Sprint is not going to mess up their money. Also stupid reps can't argue with what's on their in-store system.

No, it's not official but I was told this exact same thing on the phone Thursday. Now, I've been on Android a long time buy I've never heard anything like this.

I have gotten updates over the weekend. But I don't believe it's out. My complaint is why are we being told it's available when it's very clear it's not.

When you dial *2, just go to the option that says "Questions about your bill". It takes you straight there to financial care.

Just found the source code for Sprint's kitkat update on LG's web site. Date of the files is March 25th. So it should be coming real soon.

Just for the **** and giggles of it I called customer care and they told me it's been released and coming in waves. When I directed them to their own forum...they hung up on me. Silly people don't know their assets from their elbows. I may just keep calling today for the fun of it. We're under a tornado watch so not much else to do.
