Stop phone from searching for signal while on WIFI Calling? Cell standby drain...

I'm on 5.1.1 stock, rooted (LYZ28J) on T-Mobile and my battery is getting wrecked by cell standby. I'm at 10% usage with cell standby and usually it's between 10-15%. Before I updated to the LYZ28J, I was able to go through 12-14 hours from 100% battery to 30%. The pictures below is a lot with my phone on sleep or on my desk like 50% of how often I actually used it.

Before, cell standby wasn't even top 5. I had to change my preferred signal from LTE to 3G.
