Ok so I took sim out of my Nokia 6790 and put it in my captivate. Well I'm getting horrible internet speeds for the past few days(it used to be normal in this phone) so to fix it ST needs my serial number.
#1 Do I need my Nokia serial?
#2 Or my captivate serial? And would they end my service cuz I sim swapped(even though they sell unlocked sims now)??
