Hey all,

Just picked up my Pro today - yay! - and although I haven't been able to play with it much yet, I do have one really dumb question...

How is it that I can't hit the Return key on the keyboard to jump to the next line in an e-mail? do I need to format the e-mail settings? If so how can I do this? I hit it and it's just not responding. weird.

Oh, another dumb question: how can I get rid of the device vibrating when I'm selecting menu items on the touchscreen? it's a little irritating, lol.

Thanks!
JF

i cant speak on the first question, but you should be able to disable the selection vibration by pressing menu>settings>sound and then uncheck the "haptic feedback" option.

Jen...about your return key. There is really no setting that you need to set for the return key to operate. There maybe something between the key itself and the contact behind the key. If that is the case you can try to clean out the area underneath the key using a can of compressed air. Since you probably don't have a can of compressed air setting around, I'd recommend taking it to your local Verizon store and letting on of the techs take a look at it. If it is a piece of lint or something causing the problem they can fix it pretty easily. It that is not the problem then the phone needs to go back to Verizon anyway.
