Suggestion for Samsung Note 9 Themes

Hi,

I am currently using the default Note 9 themes.

The settings menu and on-screen keyboard are shown with inverse colors (black character on white background). Generally, I prefer light color on dark background.

I took a look at the themes, and found most to be too busy. I actually don't mind the current theme, e.g. home screen displayed with dark blue color, but do not like the menu & keyboard color. Does anyone know if the menu style/keyboard can be changed leaving the home screen setting default?

Alternatively, if anyone has found a theme that they like, please kindly share (I understand this is highly personal).

Thanks

There's so many themes that suite personal preferences.

Then there's the icon packs you can get too.

Material Black [MINU] or Material Dark are my choices.

There is an existing thread on here where people are showing off their Home screens and discussing themes.

My favorite is “PixelizeD”, it’s a dark pixel theme.

Use that plus subrtate and goodlock along with a pixel launcher and mostly using Google apps as the default. The end result is a stock feel with added Sasmung features.

Also use gesture control to get iPhone X like navigation and added screen space.

I've been using this theme for a couple weeks now as well. Pretty clean and not gaudy like a lot of the themes out there. Since you can change your quick panel and icons separately, it's more subtle.
If am using this along with Nadeon icon theme for Nova.
What's the difference between this and PixelizeD? I looked and didn't notice anything.

I *think* that DePixelizeD uses true blacks to make it a darker theme than Pixelized, which just inverts the colors. I could be wrong though.

I think you're right. Plus, it's $0.99. The other one is free. No wonder I'm using that one.

I had a good look and chose the "High_Contrast_Theme" under the Top/Free section.

I like the keyboard with well defined square for each key, with shortcuts, and also simple plain black screen.

Will take another look later.

High_Contrast_Theme Settings menu (found this a lot easier to view than the default inverse video one)

Or, if you're using SwiftKey, you don't have to worry about the theme changing your keyboard. You pick the keyboard theme you want separate from the Samsung theme and separate from the Nova theme as well if you have that installed.

Is there a way to get the theme but without the icon packs or at least use the stock icons?

Yes. I mentioned this in another thread yesterday. In the Nova settings, select Look & Feel and under icon packs, then select System.

I meant through the factory system or through samsung themes
Yes, I use the High Contrast theme but still use the stock icons. Just tap the icon tab in the theme store and change the icons after you apply whatever theme you want.

Here is mine love the keyboard...its a spiderman theme

Which gesture control app do you use?
