sumvision tablet issue

For some reason my sumvision cyclone voyager tablet has split its internal nand memory and my nand is now 1gb and the remaining 15gb of internal storage is now listed as an SD card how do I change these back to one single drive

Welcome to Android Central! Do you know for sure that it wasn't split before? What you're describing is a relatively common way for older devices to partition memory. What version of Android is it running?

It was bought of eBay as apparently new but maybe they lied, its running android 4.2
