Two days ago I returned and replaced one of my Thunderbolt phones. I was just checking some information on line and noticed that the "upgrade eligible date" was pushed out to be 10 months (1 year contract) from when I received a replacement TB, not from when I first bought the TB.
Does getting a replacement phone due to a fault reset the contract/eligibility date?
