Swype Beta Has Ended 6/15/2010

I know not everyone was seeing battery drain, but some of us were so that is why I mentioned I wasn't any longer with the update.
The main android central page had an article telling some of the updates in this new release:

anyone know how to ditch the clicking sound when pressing the space button? I like my texting to be silent
EDIT: nvm!!! I just realized u don't even have to hit space...this **** is awesome!!!

when the keyboards up - hit the Tips button down in the lower left corner (the one with the hand and the blue S on it) then hit options and uncheck audio feedback
Help me out here...
I went to the link and it said "there is no application to open this file. do you want to download anyway?" - I clicked yes.
Now I have no idea what to do. I tried to change my text input style and swype isn't listed.
*and yes, I uninstalled the previous version.
ok first un install the older version then when you download this one run the app astro go to your downloads folder and it should be there ... install it and wala
this version seems more apostrophe friendly

That file is marked with the same date as the first Incredible Swype. Can anyone confirm this is the new one?
Start reading now, I got a 4 day head start and it helped a lot. There is a lot more information here now about the incredible. You really need to read to find out how to get more enjoyment out of this phone, it offers soooo much. Well, if you came from the BB world like I did lol.
Wow this is freaking awesome. It was well worth the free registration to get. I think with time I will get very fast with this.

while it's nice I noticed it's not doing periods for double space...was there an update to the QR Code from the 1st page...I was lazy and didn't read past the first page...lol
Does the update have a voice input button? Is there any easy way to get around not having it? I use voice a lot for navigation.

Long hold on where it says "Tap to compose" in a new message
Select input method
Select Swype
First thing copy it to your SD Card.
Second goto the market and download a file manager I suggest Astro File Manager.
Third open Astro and find the .apk on your sd card and click on it.
Fourth click install.
Fifth do a Diabl0 said above me.
