sync issue ?

my gmail ,notes and phone contacts are not syncing again ,also my email is not syncing in the android phone,my sync optionis on then too its not syncing,as we go in accounts then mail id, then there are many options bt in my mobile only chrome and photos sync is available n not all,pls help wat to do?
