T-Mo Price Drop

As a PSA:

I read-up on T-Mo's purchase policy. If you purchased a phone and the price drops, they will refund the difference if purchased within 30 days of the drop.

The N8 just dropped $130.

Snagged one yesterday for 850 and if you got it yesterday , was the last day for 200 samsung pay rewards. So effectively got the note 8 for 650

When I called in today, I had to escalate to the Retention department before I got someone who was willing to work with me. I got most of the price drop amount credited back to me - but it took some wrangling. That, combined with the $200 and the sale of my OG Pixel, the N8 is down to a small dollar amount, thankfully.

I called and was told the original point of sales had to handle credit/refund. Guess it's back to the store for me tomorrow.

Funny - I called into my local store and was told that it had to be handled via the call center. :-\

Might want to call your store before you bother to go.
