T mobile 10-28

My V20 shipped I have a tracking number.Should be delivered today.I asked for over noc delivery and got it free.
 
So still no movement on my order. I wasn't given an option on how it could be shipped so I have the 3 Day Select option. Preordered on the 17th.
 
3 day select is the first ground shipping option.....so if u chose ground shipping... that's it
Thanks for the info. I actually called in because the I have JOD and the online system wouldn't let me process it. I know I'm whining. I'm just exhausted after dealing with the N7 fiasco. Had 5 of those I had to deal with.

Coming from the Note 7 and I'm also on JOD. I called late evening on the 17th and pre-ordered. The phone rep gave me free overnight shipping, I didn't even have to ask. Technically it's something called next next day air and can take up to two days I guess, but you get the idea.

I'm sorry that we had such different experiences, it should be the same service across the board. I didn't even complain or anything, I just called because I saw they were taking pre-orders. Maybe different t-mobile call centers were given different instructions on how to handle orders. The call center that answered for me was in Washington.

Lol. Yeah it appears the LG phone gods were probably the real reason the Note 7s went up in smoke.

I'm looking forward to picking up the V20 this morning. Hoping this will be the last phone I setup for a while. 4 in 2 months is a little much.

Same thing here. I got notification yesterday morning at 2AM. But no movement yet. I wasn't given an option on shipping either.

It's awful the level of inconsistency I've experienced. Sad part is, with the way it's setup to ship, I could call Verizon tomorrow and have the phone by Friday. At this point, that three day shipping clock actually hasn't started yet because ups hasn't picked it up. At least that's my understanding the way UPS works.

It's unfortunate but this is why I never call T-Mobile. I did my Note 7 preorder through Tforce on Twitter and preordered the V20 in store.

I initially didn't get a shipping option from the store rep either but then she said I owed $7.xx. I asked why and she said it's charging for shipping for some reason. So I had her go back to the shipping screen and then I had options. I had her change it to overnight for $24.99. I paid it but the manager was standing right there and said he could refund it if it actually charged. So either him or Tforce are going to refund it once it actually posts to my CC. There are no other options.

I'm still not sure why shipping was different this time. My preorder Note 7 was free overnight and I didn't even have to ask. My temp S7 Edge was free overnight as well.
 
Mine is out for delivery... I ordered it after 5 on the 17th and got the next day shipping.. They shipped it last night after the order took 24 hours to process.. Now it's on the truck waiting to be sent to my home... While I'm at work :/
 
Mine has been stuck for over a day......Come on.....Ordered in store on the morning of the 17th. I am so tired of switching out phones......Capture.JPG
