I called for the original order and then talked to support via chat on the TMobile support site. I haven't called back yet.

TMobileHelp on twitter waived the shipping charge for me. Didn't help with getting the delivery any faster but that's on UPS at this point.

I just contacted them through Twitter and they were able to cancel my original order, but I was told due to system limitations I will have to wait at least 24 hours to reorder. There was no mention of waived shipping charges either. I think at this point I'm done. I'll just stick with what I have. The V20 looks like a great phone, but it's not something I absolutely have to have. As a matter of fact, it was somewhat of an impulse order, so having to wait 24 hours really decreases the likelihood of me reordering it.

There are videos on YouTube of T-Mobile unboxings and they all have clear protectors on them

Ordered mine at 9pm last night... Via phone... I paid extra 24.99 for overnight. Just got picked up in Louisville and scheduled for tomorrow delivery in between 12-3pm. I am in Albuquerque. Just like my pre ordered Note 7. Picked up and had it next day! So they are coming fast folks!

I preordered my V20 over the phone with CS on monday.I received it yesterday afternoon.the phone is 769 on tmobile .I put down 49.99.so my RIP is 720.I really like it .very nice phone.I now very reluctantly need to return my coral blue note7 that I love .smh.

That is EIP.I initially paid for overnoc shipping.24.99.but when I saw the EIP they also charged me 20 for upgrade.they know I have a note7 to return.do I contacted tforce on Twitter and was able to get a 25 dollar credit .so essentially free shipping.

I can confirm that the T-Mobile version has a protector on it.

I don't, but I was told previously that it won't be in stores until the 28th. I was in a store yesterday and they didn't have any advertising for it or display models.

I can confirm that the T-Mobile version has a protector on it.

It's not a "real" protector though. It's just a thin layer of clear plastic that's meant to be peeled off. It's not meant to be a screen protector. There's something similar on the back too.
