So I had ordered my G2X On Sunday night on T-Mobiles website and I was totally excited about getting a smart phone worth bragging about(been using Blackberry for too long). The next morning I get an e-mail from t-mobile saying they got my order request and the phone is on back order but doesn't say what kind of ETA it would be for when they do get the phone and are able to send it out. So I call in the morning to see when they would have it available and the lady did not have a solid answer and insisted I just keep the order. I ended up going to the local T-Mobile store and the rep tells me they will have 20 available on the 20th. I told the rep I ordered one and it was on back order. She then tells me I should call and cancel the order. So I call T-Mobile up and tell them I would like to cancel the order as it is back ordered. The rep gives me the run around and says they cant cancel my order and made it sound like his manager couldn't do anything for me. So I walk back into the T-Mobile store and talk to the rep again this time she says that they cannot do that and advised me to call back and tell them I want to cancel it. So I end up calling back and speaking to a rep and told him I want this order canceled and that I would be picking it up. He confirmed the order has been canceled. I end up going into t-mobile store this morning at 10AM sharp to pick up my phone. The lady ends up having to call T-mobile and t-mobile customer service tells her they cannot sell me the phone because the phone I ordered is still being shipped. Long story short I have to wait till Friday for UPS to deliver my phone. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I had got from T-mobile this week and I hope this didn't happen to anyone else.
Side Note: I love T-mobile and this is the first time I have ever questioned weather I want to be a customer any more based on the level of service I got.
