Go to ups and search tracking number with preference option. Use your phone number, sometimes tmobile slow on update but label was created on UPS.

Usually from the app but it says server down. They must be updating shipping info.

My T-Mobile doesn't have any updates, but UPS My Choice has a tracking number from T-Mobile with the usual "Order Processed: Ready for UPS." Not sure what to make of this, but this time it's coming from Jefferson, IN rather than Louisville, KY. I ordered the Ocean Blue 128 GB version on August 10 at around 8-10 AM Central.
