Ok I did preorder through the app and did not see where I could pick the perk and I go into the shop samsung app and it doesn't give me an option am I missing something

When label create , that s nothing T Mobile can do, it is on UPS hand.

Yes I'm aware of that I'm just calling to let them know the representative I spoke to when I made my pre-ordered lied to me saying my shipping method will get me the device on release date the way it's looking like no

Both my wife's 128 purple and my 128 blue now have tracking numbers but so far no update to tmobile account.

They're coming from Jeffersonville, IN via next day air saver. Weird, that's the first time I've seen a preorder ship from there.

I had a tmo rep via Twitter DM give me free shipping and account credit for each $81 down payment. I had messaged them a few hours before pre-orders went live to clarify down payment and she actually told me I qualified for 0 down payment. I told her how excited I was and then 20 minutes later she wrote me back to apologize that she was wrong and down payment was in fact 81 but that she would take care of it for me.

Is it via UPS? If so, Jeffersonville is a across the river from Louisville (I live there) and we have a hub. TMobile regularly ships phones from here as the origin point so it may be that the warehouse is in Jeffersonville. Long winded answer. Sorry
