Is it via UPS? If so, Jeffersonville is a across the river from Louisville (I live there) and we have a hub. TMobile regularly ships phones from here as the origin point so it may be that the warehouse is in Jeffersonville. Long winded answer. Sorry

LOL! Not at all, thanks for the clarification! Yes it's via UPS though I sure wish tmo would start using FedEx. UPS doesn't deliver to my place until like 6-8pm and TWICE they've left phones at the wrong address. Once it took two days for them to tell me where they left it. So I usually just opt to go pick up most important packages from the hub now, which is super inconvenient.

Hmm. Don't they make you sign for it? Samsung orders you have to sign for it. They won't leave it. I'd be ticked if they just left it at the door.

Must be a tmobile thing. I think for the Note 7, last time I ordered from Tmobile the UPS guy just left it at the door and cut loose, no sig required. All the orders from Samsung require a sig.

I had a problem recently with a UPS delivery but it wasn't their fault. A wholesaler I order from got totally the wrong address on the package with totally different street name across town. Apparently the place I order from their computer program has the auto fill, like texting on phones do and it guess the address and the person doing the order didn't confirm it and just sent it out. Luckily the place that got it didn't open it and UPS picked it up but took me an extra 4 days to get it. I was really mad. I would have just drove to the business and got the package but UPS wouldn't give the info out but when I got the package I peeled the sticker off and saw the old one.

I hope mine comes UPS because they deliver earlier in the day usually around noon. Fedex is later sometimes.

Yeah the packages usually say signature required but they just leave it anyway. Pretty silly

I checked with Ups and I located my tracking number.... states waiting for ups to pickup my package...You have a tracking number! You need to sign up with ups....

You go to ups.com and select "Tracking by Reference Number" and enter your Tmobile number there and it should come up.
