I was told that too and I told them that it was a lie because I saw several people who ordered just the phone get free shipping. so they credited back my account.

So I called a local store, and they said that yes it is possible that it could be delayed, and I said something about canceling the order and buying it in the store on the day of, and he told me that even if I did that, the amount that would be shipped would be a handful compared to the 128 gb.

Idk, at this point, it reminds me of the 32 gb vs 64 gb note 5, they did the same thing, had tons of 32 gb, but very few of the 64. I am starting to wonder if this 512 is worth this much hassle and the price.

Look at your account online and see if shows pending or any alert. I received a text saying had to approve.

To double check I also used the new chat from within the t-mobile app and asked rep to verify the charge went thru and she said it had.
