attended that Samsung event I was invited to yesterday I had a great time all inclusive I drank and ate so much I hardly remember what happened lol .... I got rid of everything besides the wireless charging

I always do a fresh install, most of my data, photos and music are in the cloud so it's not a big deal for me to do a fresh install. Just have to install the apps and if you are using launcher like Nova you can just back up the home screen layout and import it after the fresh install if you don't want to set up the home screen again.

I agree on always doing a fresh install. Especially if you encountered any issues on the previous phone.
