So, what do you think about the update? Has the finger print scanner been improved? What about the Hi Fi DAC activating with third-party apps like PowerAmp, has that been fixed? Do you still have an app drawer?

Still have app drawer, I use play music, and haven't needs to use fingerprint scanner yet (smart settings) . So far it seems to be running smooth, but the day is just starting.

They did add video calling and advanced messaging. WiFi reception also seems to be better, I haven't been disconnected once. Google now on tap does need some time to get use to.

Just checked for an update now and NOTHING! Was tweaking my wifi modem/router settings yesterday and left my V10 on lte. Woke up this morning with a blue popup saying update failed. WTF does that mean when my settings only allow the phone to update via wifi lol. Was freaking out that the update came overnight. I swear I'm either getting too anal about my phone or I'm starting to see more and more glitches. Since I'm a gambling man I'm betting Tuesday is the day!

OTA came this morning... good thing i did the LG backup last night.... updated, master reset... just finished restoring from backup... so far so good here...

How well did it restore everything? Did all the settings and customizations restore?

Obviously it does cause I just tried but to no avail...

It goes out in batches to the phones. Location is irrelevant. I have been here and got an update whereas my buddy didn't get it till the next day and we work in the same building.

Ok... Some clarity.... Interesting... But that seems crazy. When I did my note 4. There was some discussion about location and sure enough it panned out. I didn't get until someone else in VA got it
