Heh, I don't think that's a serious concern. But if it does worry you, I'm sure that wiping it down with a sanitizing wipe would be sufficient. Probably a good general practice for all of us, since our phones go everywhere with us and are probably filthy by the end of the day.

Being they were manufactured in Vietnam and have probably been packaged and in boxes for weeks I'm sure we're good. I'll probably give it a wipe down just to be sure. My father in law is battling lung cancer and I can't take any chances.

No UPS info, but my card did get charged sometime in the last few hours. Maybe it'll ship tomorrow?

My card got charged then my tracking number showed up the next day. Being that you're late to the party you might get a lot of action in a short period of time.

That's what mine says. I haven't been charged yet. Oh and the rep spelt my last name wrong under customer details. Will that matter? The shipping and billing information is correct but the customer detail isn't. I spoke to a rep through the app but she was clueless.

I believe I was first to report their card being charged in this thread, yet still haven't received any shipping/tracking info. I pre-ordered right at midnight, as soon as it opened up.

I beleive I did shortly after you and I too have no shipping info yet. I'm hoping by tomorrow morning

I got charged Friday morning and ups tracking showed that afternoon, no official email yet and it hasn't been picked up by ups yet either

I think I had a similar situation with the s10plus. I was super worried, then I got ups shipping monday, received the phone by Wednesday.

I am not worried about it, I'm guessing the rest of us will see tracking and movement with official emails by the end of day tomorrow

Always expected to have our phones by Wednesday. I won't be mad at that, but it would be the 2nd straight pre-order that arrived later than it did for others for no apparent reason. Hopefully it's no later than Wednesday.

If the rumors of really bad pre-order sales is true, it might apply to you. I didn't get a pre-authorization charge so if you get charged today that's probably a good sign

As long as the phone number and address is correct I wouldn't worry.

I've learned over the years that T-Mobile pre-orders seldom make any chronological sense. Yet, I still make sure to pre-order right when pre-orders open anyway, for some reason.

Shoot I ordered at launch and someone else has it in town for delivery tomorrow and mine hasn't been scanned yet lol. I get it, completely. I just have good faith we're all getting them early

I have faith that the majority of us will have our phones by Wed. Having a tracking number doesn't mean much if ups still hasn't picked up the package. I've had a tracking number for 3 days now with 0 movement.
