Tab S2 9.7 icon corruption

I just got my Tab S2 9.7 LTE Christmas day. I ran the updates once I got it powered up and it's running Android 6.0.1.

The issue I have with it is the My Files icon looks like it's corrupted. I only see part of the actual picture to the My Files icon at the top, its got a orange border with white background and the reset of the icon is orange. I have tried to reset my device back to factory but it still shows up the same way. Is there anyway to resolve this?

Does it happen in Safe Mode as well? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28349. If so, I'd wonder if the update was corrupted in a minor way. You could try reinstalling the firmware using Smart Switch: http://www.sammobile.com/forum/showthread.php?t=29914
